It's a quiet secure hotel with wonderful staff members. This place is in a good location so close to public transport. There is Irene's Pantry nearby for a cup of coffee.

No english channels on the tv. Bedside lamp burned out but they didn't have the bulb to replace - made it hard to read while other person was sleeping. These are minor things though; overall I was happy.

Christine gave my son and I a very warm welcome and I thought it was two rooms but two twin beds was put together. Christine set up another room immediately for us.

No English speaking channels on the television and I think there should be more due to Canadians, Americans and other personnel that speaks English language.

The rooms in this hotel were really comfy and featured a nice balcony. the location was fantastic, especially being so close to a bus station and public transport. 🚍.

The property manager was very friendly and attempted to provide as much information as possible about the accommodations and its surrounding area. She was also accessible. It was great that the facility provided internet access.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and all the main tourist attractions. We were very close to the train station and subway which is just 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel.
